To work with Pen Tool, Rectangle Tool, Ellipse Tool and Lines Tool
You can use all these tools to draw lines, rectangle, ellipse or draw whatever you want in your document.

Choose the Pen Tool/Rectangle Tool/ Ellipse Tool/Lines Tool in the toolbar as shown below.

After that drag it and left-click on the mouse button to draw lines into your document.
