How to apply Stamps to the document

To apply Stamps to the document

Acrobat allows you to apply a stamp to a document in much the same way you would use a rubber stamp on a paper document.

  1. This option works similarly with the annotation. You can see the different between the stamps, highlight, and the annotation as below.

  2. To apply Stamps, first of all, you have to click on in the toolbar.

  3. After that you will see this .

  4. Place the stamp icon to the page and click on the mouse button.

  5. And then you will see the stamp appears as below.

  6. Right-click on the mouse button and choose Properties.

  7. Then select Standard in the Category field and choose the stamp that you want.

  8. Select the hand tool, and click inside the document pane to deselect the stamp.

  9. And then type in your annotation in the box as shown as the image below.
