How to work with File Annotation Tool

To work with File Annotation Tool

File Annotation Tool allows you to add the file annotation to your document.

1. First of all you have to choose the File Annotation tool in the toolbar.
   

2. And then drag it to your document to locate the file annotation. After that you will see the file annotation appear as shown by the image below.

   

3. And then you have to choose the file that you wish to add as an annotation.
   

4. Click on the Open button.

5. Finally, change to hand tool and click on the file annotation icon again to test it.
