To add File Annotations to the document
The file annotation tool allows you to embed a file at a selected location in a PDF document, so the reader can open it for viewing.

First of all, you have to click on
in the toolbar.
And then drag the File Annotation tool to the place that you want your file annotation to be located. You will see the File Annotation icon as shown below appears in your document.

After that the Select File to Attach dialog box will appear. Choose a file to become the annotation and click Open.
Then you can choose an icon for your file annotation.
