How to group the Annotations

To group the Annotations

You can choose the way that the annotation to be grouped. You can list down the annotation by type, author name, page number and date.

1. To list down the all annotation by following the type, you have to display the Annotations tab to the font and click on the triangle button at the right top of the Annotations palette.
   

2. After that you will see the picture as below appeared on your window.

   

3. Choose Type in the menu.
   

4. To list down the annotations by following the author, you have to choose the Author tab in the menu.
   

5. Page Number will list down the annotations by page number.
   

6. Finally, Date lists the annotations by the date of the day that you created the annotations.
