Acrobat allows you to download Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) pages from the World Wide Web or an intranet in Acrobat and convert them to PDF.

All of the text, images, and links from multiple HTML pages and image files are contained in a single new PDF document.

To convert web pages to PDF, you have to do one of the following:

  1. Opens the pages in a new PDF document, you have to click the Open Web Page button. After that you ought to choose the File menu and select Open Web Page.

  2. You can also choose the Tools tab from the menu bar and select Web Capture. Followed by Open Web Page.

  3. The Open Web Page button appears in the command bar if you select Show Toolbar Buttons in your Web Capture preferences.

  4. To add the pages to the end of the current document, you ought to choose the Tools tab from the menu bar Web Capture followed by Append Web Page.

  5. And then enter the URL for the Web pages to open or append.

  6. After that enter the number of levels you want to include, or select Get Entire Site to include all levels from the Web site.

  7. Click Download. A status dialog box shows the progress of the conversion to PDF. Click Stop to cancel the processing of pages that are not yet converted.
