How to duplicate Form Field

To duplicate Form Field

1. If you wish to have the same field in other document or pages, so you have to duplicate the form field.
   

2. Before you duplicate the form field, remember to click once on the form field that you wish to copy by using the Form tool in the toolbar.
   

3. And then you will see the form field that you click become in red color as shown as the image below.

   

4. Click on the Edit tab from the menu bar and select Copy.
   

5. After that click on the Edit tab again to select Paste.
   

6. Finally, you will see the form field appears in the center of the current view.
