How to attach the Form File to your Document

To attach the Form File to your Document

After you have finish creating the form, you have to put it into your document. Here you can attach this form to your document by using Thumbnails.

Thumbnails allow you to copy pages between PDF documents.

1. First of all, you have to choose the Window tab from the menu bar and select Tile followed by Vertically so the windows for both the form and the document are visible.
   

2. In the document window, click on the Thumbnails tab to bring it to the front.
   

3. In the form window, click on the Window menu and select Show Thumbnails to display the Thumbnails palette. Then click on the form’s thumbnail.
   

4. After that drag the form’s thumbnail to your document’s thumbnail list.
   

5. And then you can reorder the form page in your document.
