How to add Highlight Annotations to the document

To add Highlight Annotations to the document

Acrobat allows you to mark up text in a document and add a note associated with the marked-up text. You can highlight texts in your document and add a note associated with the highlighted text.

  1. This option is functioned almost the same with the Text Note.

  2. To make up the texts, you have to use in the toolbar.

  3. And then go to the text that you want to add note and drag it.

  4. You can see the text will be highlighted as shown below.

  5. After that double-click on the highlighted text to add your notes.
