How to create a Graphics Form Field

To create a Graphics Form Field

1. First of all, you have to enter to the Field Properties dialog box.
   

2. And then, select Button in the Type drop down box.
   

3. Select Options tab and choose Push in the highlight drop down box.
   

4. Select Up in the Button Face When box as shown below.

   

5. And then click on the Select Icon button.
   

6. Select the image that you want and click OK.
