How to add the Notes Annotations to the document

To add the Notes Annotations to the document

You can use Acrobat to add annotations to your PDF documents in a variety of formats, including notes, text, audio, stamps, files, graphic markups, and text markups.

  1. First of all, you have to choose the File tab from the menu bar and select Preferences followed by Annotations.

  2. And then you have to enter the Author name of the annotations.

  3. After that select in the toolbar.

  4. Click on the place where you want the annotation to locate.

  5. Then you will see the text note icon as shown as below.

  6. Click on the text note icon and type in your annotations.

  7. Right-click on the text note icon and select Properties.

  8. Here you can choose the icon of the annotations.
