In addition to provide convenient previews of your pages, you have to use the thumbnails tab from the Navigator Pane to change the placement of pages by dragging.

You’ll use thumbnails to move the alternate image from the last page of your document to other pages that you want.

1. To create thumbnail images for the inserted pages, you ought to hold down the mouse button on the triangle upper right corner of the Thumbnails palette to display the Thumbnails palette menu.
   

2. After that choose the Create All Thumbnails option from the menu.

   

3. And then you have to drag the right border of the navigation pane to enlarge it.
   

4. For your convenient, resize the navigation pane so that you can view the thumbnails in two or more columns.

   

5. Click on the image or page that you want to move and drag it to the page that you want to replace.
