How to work with Crop Tool

To work with Crop Tool

The crop tool allows you to adjust page margins by setting specific parameters. But remember that you cannot undo a crop operation. Anyway, cropping does not reduce the file size.

1. Select the Crop Tool , and drag a cropping rectangle. Double-click inside

the rectangle to bring up the Crop Pages dialog box.

2. And then select a handle at a corner of the cropping rectangle, and drag to the correct

size.
