To work with Audio Annotation Tool
Audio Annotation Tool allows you to add an annotation to your document.

First of all, you have to choose the Audio Annotation Tool
in the toolbar.
And then drag it to your document to locate the audio annotation. After that you will see the audio annotation appear as shown by the image below.

And then you can click on Start to recording.
Finally, change to hand tool and click on the audio annotation icon again to test it.
